Shipping policy

UK delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery is free on all orders. Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within two to three working days after dispatch. This is an estimated delivery time and is not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer during busy periods, severe weather, bank holidays or circumstances out of our control. 

Order processing

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. 

During exceptionally busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking information. 

Delivery addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order. 

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@reveon.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched. 

Delayed or missing orders

If your tracking information has not updated, or your order has not arrived within seven working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@reveon.co.uk with your order number.

We will investigate the delivery with Royal Mail and work with you to resolve the issue. 

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and affected products and contact us promptly at support@reveon.co.uk. Please keep the packaging while we investigate the issue.
